I'm often asked what I think about as I run. Usually the people who ask this have never run long distances themselves. I always ponder the question. What exactly do I think about when I'm running? I don't have a clue.

Princesas Run 2013

Después de haber participado en algunas caminatas y carreras recreativas de 3 y 5 kilómetros, Carolina se animó a participar en su primer carrera de 10 kilómetros en Princesas Run 2013. Vestida como princesa, con falda y corona, logró un tiempo de 1:22:09 . Sus próximos retos son The Color Run presentada por Starbucks y We Run Mexico presentada por Nike.

Utilizando las redes sociales para salvar vidas

(RED) y Johnson & Johnson comparten el objetivo de terminar con la transmisión del VIH de madres a sus bebés, por lo que es muy natural para nosotros asociarnos en una iniciativa para motivar a la gente a participar en la campaña y pedirles que 'hagan algo' que puede hacer una diferencia real para generar dinero y crear conciencia. Juntos, lanzamos un infográfico (RED) el cual, cada vez que sea 'Shared', 'Tweeted' o 'Pinned' empodere a los usuarios de redes sociales a jugar un rol real al ayudar a salvar vidas a través de una donación de $1 de J&J al Fondo Global, así hasta llegar a los $100,000.
